1. You have 30 days from the date we ship the product to return it to us for a refund.
2. Custom made and special order items are not refundable. (This includes the Get-A-Way, waterfalls, air
patrols, door panel inserts, louvered side panels, grills, and any painted item) We do not guarantee color
match.
3. Returned products must be received in like-new condition. Damaged or used products are not returnable.
4. Returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
5. If you are shipping a product back to us for any reason you are solely responsible for it's delivery to us in
the required condition. If the product is lost or damaged during return shipping you are responsible for
obtaining reimbursement from the shipping company that you used.
Therefore, it is important that you insure your product for its' full value when you return ship it to us. Once
you send it, we can not be responsible for the product if it is damaged or lost.
6. If the product is lost or damaged in shipping from us we will replace your product.
In addition, we do have to follow the shippers’ guidelines on a waiting period in filing a claim before we ship
the replacement product. You may be required to fill out a postal lost or damaged form and fax or mail it to
us.
7. In the case of items that were sold with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the
refund in addition to the 15% re-stocking fee.
8. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of product receipt and acceptance by us.
9. Since all payments made to the website are processed through Paypal, we will issue refunds back to you
through Paypal. We do not directly charge your credit cards, so we can not issue refunds directly to your
credit card. We will issue refunds to your paypal account.
10. Items paid for by check will be refunded by check.
11. We will not tolerate fraud of any kind. If fraudulent returns or purchases are suspected we will notify
and cooperate fully with authorities and other applicable agencies.
